Racquetball

Racquetball is a great way to build physical endurance, work all major muscle groups and get a great cardio workout. And it's super fun! With balls ricocheting off walls at speeds of up to 135 mph, the game is truly addicting. Classes are offered for every skill level, and new leagues form every 6 weeks. There's even an interactive component called Racquetcap that keeps track of your stats and lets you connect with other racquetball members.
